Singular Dream C is the continuation of Singular Dream in the Mamitas / Coco Beach area of Playa del Carmen. Towers A and B are complete, sold out and operating as a hotel. Tower C is a separate, 55-unit phase of studios and one-bedroom residences, currently under construction with delivery planned for summer 2027.

At Calle Flamingos and 44 Norte, approximately 100 m from the sea, the project brings a hotel-oriented residence model to a coastal neighbourhood. The Singular hotel brand runs the turnkey hotel model, with rental distribution through Expedia and Booking. This describes the operating model, not a forecast of income or a guarantee of returns.

The planned facilities include a restaurant, sky bar, spa, rooftop infinity pool, three panoramic pools and a gym. A lobby, four elevators, 24/7 security and underground parking support arrival and everyday access.

The October 2026 SIMCA broker list offers five named studios under a 20% promotion, starting at MXN 4,406,480 for C306. The confirmed areas of the other quoted studios range from 42 m² to 93 m². Payment conditions and availability apply — ask for a current quote.
